Outdoor Sculpture -- Minnesota -- Arco
    Sculpture
    Owner:
Anderson Park, West shore of Lake Stay, State Highway 7, just east of Arco, Arco, Minnesota
    Remarks:
The sculpture was originally a sign for the Scenic Rock Garden, a tourist attraction at a service station owned by the artist in Arco. The rock garden was begun by H. P. Pederson in the 1930s with assistance from his sons, Vernon and M. M. Pedersen. H. P. Pedersen died in 1942. Sometime after Vernon Pedersen sold the service station in 1952, the Scenic Rock Garden sign and three other sculptures from the garden were relocated to Anderson Park.
