Anderson Park, West shore of Lake Stay, State Highway 7, just east of Arco, Arco, Minnesota
    Remarks:
The sculpture was originally part of the "Scenic Rock Garden," a tourist attraction at a service station owned by the artist in Arco, Minnesota. The rock garden was begun in the 1930s, and the artist was assisted by his sons, Vernon and M. M. Pedersen. The artist died in 1942. Sometime after Vernon Pedersen sold the service station in 1952, the Liberty Bell and three other sculptures from the Scenic Rock Garden were relocated to Anderson Park.
