    Description: 
    A United States seal in relief depicting an eagle with outspread wings and a shield covering its body, grasping an olive branch with its left talon and arrows with its right talon. The eagle holds an inscribed ribbon in its beak. Above the eagle's head there is a sunburst with stars in the center. The relief is mounted on a free standing tablet.
