The sculpture rests on a wooden base which is bolted to a concrete base. Subject:  Animal -- Bird -- Heron Object Type:  Outdoor Sculpture -- Maryland -- Cambridge Sculpture Owner:  Long Wharf Park, High Street, Cambridge, Maryland 21613 Remarks:  Commissioned by the Dorchester Arts Center in honor of the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. The title of the sculpture comes from the Native American term for the blue heron, the patient fisher.
