    Remarks:
Commissioned by the Community Betterment Committee of the Bath Garden Club as part of an overall park renovation project. The sculpture replaces a fountain which was damaged by excessive frost. The cost was $15,000, of which $8,000 came from the Club and $5,000 was appropriated by the Bath City Council for site preparation and landscaping. The remainder was raised by the Club. The fountain is only operational in the summer. Peacock Memorials fabricated the granite basin.
