    Description: 
    A full-length figure of a winged St. Michael, the patron Saint of police officers, standing over a half-man, half-serpent figure with bat-like wings. St. Michael wears a tunic and holds a sword over his head with his proper right hand. In his proper left hand he holds a chain which is connected to the proper left wrist of the half-man figure.
