    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was done in memory of Constance "Connie" Belin, a civic leader who died in 1980. The sculpture was a gift, paid for with a stock donation from Belin's brother Leonard Newman. The design of the sculpture is related to the theme of arcs and rainbows.
