Inscription:  unsigned Description:  A three-tiered concrete sculpture with round basins of graduated size. There is a frieze depicting dancing women in classical dress on the pedestal between the middle and lower basins. There is a larger frieze depicting a line of male figures on horseback on the pedestal below the bottom basin. The friezes are painted a dark color to contrast with the light colored pedestal and basins. The basins are planted. The sculpture stands on a concrete platform.
