    Description: 
    A three-tiered concrete sculpture with round basins of graduated size. There is a frieze depicting dancing women in classical dress on the pedestal between the middle and lower basins. There is a larger frieze depicting a line of male figures on horseback on the pedestal below the bottom basin. The friezes are painted a dark color to contrast with the light colored pedestal and basins. The basins are planted. The sculpture stands on a concrete platform.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was installed in 1915 by the Rotary Club as their first city beautification project in Vincennes. The sculpture was designed by the architect of the project to be used as a planter rather than a fountain. IAS files contain copy of related architect's drawing.
