Inscription:  (Top of base plate, welded:) "MS" signed Description:  An abstract sculpture representing hands holding a rosebud. A four-sided "stem" tapers upward, with a slightly twisted, curved form with sharp points resting on it, representing hands. Resting across and within it is another similarly shaped form that is smaller. Protruding upward from within is a rod with a rose with stem and leaves balancing on it. The sculpture has a circular base plate and is mounted upon a square foundation, surrounded by plantings.
