    Remarks:
Monument to Carl Graham Fisher (1874-1939), a pioneer developer of Miami Beach. The monument stands in a park that Fisher had donated to the City of Miami Beach. Upon Fisher's death, his friends originally planned to turn the park into a memorial and burial site for him. His widow, however, had Fisher cremated and his remains taken to the family mausoleum in Indianapolis.
