    Description: 
    Full-length statue of "Casey" from the poem "Casey at the Bat." He is in baseball uniform and leans on a baseball bat in his proper right hand, with his feet crossed and his proper left hand on his proper left hip. He wears a baseball jersey with "M" on the front and "Mudville" on the back in gothic lettering. Casey stands on a playing diamond with part of the home plate visible. The statue is on top of a circular, two-tiered base in the midst of a circular plaza that is bordered on one side by a body of water.
