Description:
Thirteen concrete columns installed in five groups. The columns are decorated with stainless steel inlays that reflect the sun and ceramic reliefs. Some of the reliefs depict human figures. Each group of columns is installed on a separate base.

Arts Council on August 26, 1988. The
sculpture
cost $39,500. Bruce Holmes of Maitland,

, was the structural engineer for the project. IAS files contain a copy of the Art in State Buildings Inventory Sheet that lists detailed dimensions and includes blueprints for the
sculpture
.
