Inscription:  unsigned Description:  The blue, red and black steel sculpture is diamond-shaped, the "V" is formed with 40-50 degree angles. The upper component is painted red; the lower is painted blue. It is placed on a black base with a mechanical device which allows the sculpture to pivot slightly from the wind.
