    Remarks: 
    Funds for the sculpture were raised by a Citizen's Art Committee, chaired by Gloria Violette of Boulder. The City of Boulder contributed $2,000 for the permanent placement of the sculpture. It was temporarily housed at the main entrance of Boulder Public Library and moved to its current site in Feb. 1986. IAS files contain related newsclippings from the Boulder Daily Camera dated Oct. 30, 1984; Aug. 6, 1985; and Feb. 27, 1986.
