Description:
A half-size buffalo standing on a three-tiered concrete pad, set within a rectangular planter made of native volcanic stone. The buffalo is painted brown, except for its horns, eyes, and inner ears, which are painted black. The
sculpture
has an iron armature that is covered with wire mesh formed into the body of a buffalo. Cement is then formed over the mesh to create the features of a buffalo. The cement on the front half of the buffalo is textured to resemble fur, while the cement on the back half is smooth.
