Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Abstract, mostly square sculpture with diagonal lines. It is made of stainless steel lined with colored plexiglass and lit from within by fluorescent lights. The sculpture is wired to illuminate with the street lights. It is designed to simulate the Northern Lights. The cost was $22,000. Cash and in-kind donations came from local business and the site was provided by the General Services Administration.
