    Description: 
    A tripartite war memorial which consists of a central stele with the word "VETERANS" inscribed, flanked by wings with soldiers' names, ranks, and branch of service on front and back of each wing.

    Remarks: 
    The plaque was a gift of the Anniston JCs in honor of Vietnam veterans. IAS files include a nomination form for Quintard Avenue from the Alabama Historical Commission, Register of Landmarks and Heritage, and the names which appear on the monument. Nomination form lists media as concrete and gives location on Quintard Avenue, as between 9th & 10th streets.
