Description:  A memorial consisting of six trapezoids encircling a hexagonal pillar with a flagpole on top. On each side of the hexagonal pillar, near the top, are relief emblems of the five branches of the military (Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Coast Guard and Air Force). The sixth side features the seal of Minnesota.
