Inscription:  STEPHEN BEAMES (several columns of names are inscribed in the lower columns of the sculpture) signed Description:  A circular structure with relief carvings and sculpture in the round. Above inscriptions of names around the bottom, there is a section of relief male and female figures who appear to be marching. Above the figures is a narrow band of stars in relief. At the top of the piece are 2 birds (3 dimensional); a flag pole rises between their wings.
