Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Three wide-brimmed hats, painted yellow, stand on poles in a row at graduated heights of 5, 10 and 15 feet high. The hats are about 50 feet apart. The lowest hat is bolted onto two support posts and the others each are supported by one post.
