    Description: 
    A full-length standing nude female figure, personifying Joy. She balances on her toes on her proper left leg; her proper right leg bent at the knee and raised up. Her proper left arm reaches above her head; her proper right arm, reaches back behind her. The figure is placed on an octagonal base, surrounded by four, much smaller, octagonal stumps; all set within a traffic median strip.
