Provenance:  Formerly located Redwood Court, 1434 Terry Road, Jackson, Mississippi 39204 Remarks:  The sculpture, one of several animals at the site, may have been done by a local black folk artist Cecil Stiff; or, per a former owner of Redwood Inn, by a German artist for the zoo, although it was never placed there.
