    IAS files contain a copy of the Report for Restoration of Exterior Statues on the Capitol Grounds: IL State Capitol, Springfield, IL. Erected at cost of 15,000 dollars appropriated by General Assembly. Dedicated October 16, 1964. The plaque identifying the sculptor was added at the request of Tinley Park citizens on Dec. 7, 1981.
