Description:
Sculpture of a smiling gopher standing upright and wearing a hat, a striped jacket, bow-tie, vest and shoes. He holds tickets in his proper right paw and points to his left with a cane held in his proper left paw. There is a "State Fair" sign in his hatband. The gopher stands on top of an admissions booth at the bandshell.
