    A male policeman, a small girl, and a dog. The policeman kneels on his proper right knee. He is dressed in a police uniform, including gun, hat, and badges. His head is tilted slightly to the proper right and he gazes at the small girl. His proper left hand rests on her back. The girl stands in front of the policeman, dressed in coveralls, and clutching a small, long-haired dog. She gazes down at the dog. The sculpture rests on a smooth rectangular base. It sits in a protected area at the entrance to the building.
