Images include a hand holding a road, a diamond starfish-like figure, a magician pulling rabbit from a hat, a palm tree, an ocean and sailboat, a hot air balloon and bright orange raindrops with a white figure lying in the middle. However, its installation was delayed until after the game in Feb. 1988. The City subsequently purchased the work for $11,000. IAS files contain related articles from Los Angles Times dated Jan. 24, 1989 and Sept. 26, 1988. IAS image files include only 2 of the 12 "signs."
