    Description: 
    Three reliefs are installed over the building entrance. The panel on the left includes a farmer, a cow and a dairy maid. Agricultural symbols on the upper part of the panel include carrots, corn, apples, wheat, a scythe and a forest emblem. The middle panel has an allegorical female figure of Liberty standing between a uniformed soldier and sailor. Liberty wears a Classical gown and holds the hands of the soldier and sailor in each of her own. Military symbols on this panel include cannons, bugles, spades, anchors and a flag. At the top center is a United State eagle emblem. The panel on the right contains two male figures working with machinery. Industrial symbols on this panel include a bell, wheel and chain. Three fish swim within a circle at the top center of this panel.

    Remarks: 
    The building has been nominated for the National Register of Historic Places.
    The panels were restored in the fall of 1995, after completion of the SOS! survey. Funds for the restoration were obtained through a grant given by the State of Minnesota in conjunction with the Minnesota Historical Society.
