    Description: 
    Architectural sculpture on facade of Neoclassical-style school building, including two full-length free standing figures, relief and frieze carvings. The three-paneled frieze at the top depicts charioteers, chariots, horses, and athletes. Beneath the frieze, in a center niche is a clock flanked by bas-relief griffins in profile. Below the clock panel is a bas-relief scene depicting five young women in classical dress, holding a long scarf as they dance. At the far corners of the facade, are two identical full-length female free standing female figures. Each is clad in a sleeveless classical robe, draped over proper left arm. And each carries a rolled scroll in her proper right hand. Above the female figures, there are eagle relief panels.
