    Description: 
    Four relief panels on school with Art Deco style facade. On stairway entrance wall is a circular relief representing knowledge, with images of a lamp with smoke trail rising from it; books and dividers; an inkwell and quill; and a steamship. On the school facade, above the circular relief, are three rectangular bas-relief panels. The center rectangular panels depicts the head of a classical figure wearing an ornate headpiece. The right panel depicts the Seal of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the left panel depicts the Seal of the City of Richmond.
