    Remarks: 
    This sculpture was the first from a series of maquettes developed for Nebraska Wesleyan when the artist was connected with the University. It had been informally approved by Wesleyan but when the opportunity for a commission developed at a neighboring bank (Citizens State Bank), Peragine was encouraged to offer them the design. The sculpture became a focal point in the small park that was created next to the bank building.
