The male is in the front and has his proper left leg raised, his other three legs are in the stream. The female is just starting enter the stream -- her two front legs are already in the water; her hind legs are on a rock. The calf stands behind the female on another rock with all of his weight on his proper front right leg, while the other three legs are raised as if he was running.
