    Description: 
    Life-size standing figure of man, dressed in knee-length frock coat. Hands clasped behind his back. Sculpture set on stone pedestal with four bronze reliefs of birds inset in each side, symbolic of the various aspects of the Archbishop's life: an owl (EDUCATION), a bird holding branch in its beak (COMMUNITY), an eagle (NATION), and a dove (CHURCH). Stone pedestal rests on low concrete base.
