    A sandstone stele, with bronze relief of a miner. He wears a helmet and stands, turned towards the side, with head down. His proper left forearm rests on an inscription plaque commemorating miners from Standardville, Hardscrabble, New Peerless and Kenilworth. A lantern also rests atop the inscription plaque.
