Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Round polished surface in which an openwork pattern of precisely formed angular projections and depressions radiates from a central point. A central cylinder attached to the back of the piece rests in an underground steel support that is embedded in concrete. This was meant to allow the sculpture to rotate.
