    Description: 
    The top part of the sculpture is a granite boulder and the bottom part is four 5 1/2 foot tall bronze tree limbs which support the boulder. At the base of the tree limbs is a circular flat metal grille. The sculpture is installed in a playground area of Dana Park.

    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by the City of Cambridge and funded in part by the United States Housing and Urban Development Block Grant. IAS files contain a printout from the Cambridge Arts Council and blueprints dated Nov. 6, 1985 which indicate that the sculpture may have been originally intended as a fountain.
