    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by the college and purchased with funds from the Sherman Fairchild Foundation, Inc., for the new Science Center. Perry was artist-in-residence at the college in the summer of 1973. IAS files contain related excerpt from David Ruell's "The Public Sculpture of New Hampshire", Concord: New Hampshire Historical Society, unpublished manuscript, pg. 279-281.
