    Description: 
    Vertical, rectangular monument has an apexed cap and a rough-hewn base. The Corps star insignia is on the upper front face, and a relief of the New York State Seal is just below it.

    Monument is one of 90 honoring New York troops who participated in the Gettysburg campaign. It marks the position occupied by the 145th New York Infantry on July 2 & 3, 1863. The monument (referred to as MN 332) is referenced in the Gettysburg National Military Park Archives, vol. 23.
