Description:
A young, lean, muscular male figure hammering the blade of a sword against a anvil. The anvil rests on a globe. The male wears only a loincloth. His proper right arm is raised, hammer in hand as he prepares to make a stroke. His back is slightly arched. His cupped proper left hand holds one end of the sword and the tip of the sword rests on the anvil. The figure's proper left leg is bent at the knee, his foot resting on a billowing cloud beneath the sculpture. The sculpture sits atop a five-sided base that is placed within a circular flower garden surrounded by a brick courtyard.
