    Description: 
    Round alto-relief sculpture depicting pioneer citizens of the town in 1798 when Judge Emanuel Coryell proposed that the city be named for six-year-old Elmira Teall. The judge, with the little girl on his lap, is seated and surrounded by men, women and children at Teall Tavern. Many of the figures have tankards in their hands. Several of the figures are seated at a large table in the Tavern. The hangs on a wall in building lobby.
