    Description: 
    Allegorical female figures flank the sides of a shaft topped by an urn which is draped with a garland. The figures represent Hope, Charity and Liberty. A fourth figure, Faith, is missing. Each figure wears Classical dress. The figures stand atop a projecting pedestal cornice. Charity holds a garland and Hope holds an anchor. Liberty's proper right arm is extended. The entire monument sits atop a rough-hewn base.
