    Description: 
    A short, square monument topped with a small urn is adorned on each side with four medallions (though one is now missing) and four rectangular plaques. The three remaining medallions depict: clasped hands, a sheaf of wheat, and roses. Below the medallions are three rectangular inscription plaques and one rectangular plaque containing a profile portrait of Philips Vandenbergh shown in proper right profile. The sculpture rests on a square concrete foundation.

    Remarks: 
    The piece is a memorial for Cornelius Vandenburgh, Helen Vandenburgh, Philips Vandenbergh, and Alida A. Humphrey (the spelling of name is both Vandenbergh and Vandenburgh). The founder that cast the piece is uncertain, but it is probably the Monumental Bronze Company.
