    Description: 
    Male acrobat balanced upside down on his proper left fingers which are resting on a ball. The ball sits on top of a larger ball which is positioned on the top of a throne-like chair. The acrobat's proper right arm is extended straight out at a 90 degree angle. Both of his legs are held upright and together with his toes pointed.

    The sculpture was commissioned by Jay Sarno, the CEO for Circus Circus. The acrobat is supposedly a self-portrait of the artist. IAS files contain citations to related articles in the Las Vegas Review-Journal dated June 24, 1973, pgs. 4-5; August 24, 1986, section L8 and N8; and July 5, 1991, section D2.
