Inscription:  unsigned Description:  "The circular pool of the fountain is surrounded by granite cap stones. Water is pumped up through a hole bored in a granite monolith 12 ft. high. The top of the monolith is sculpted so that the water cascades off one side onto a series of six stones graduated in height."
