The painting is very similar in style, and identical in size, to the "Tulips and Blue Flags," ca. 1910-1912, exhibited at the 1913 Armory Show (no. 7). That painting is reproduced on page 136 of "1913 Armory Show: 50th Anniversary Exhibition," organized by Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute, sponsored by the Henry Street Settlement, New York, publisher: [Utica, 1963].
