    Description: 
    On a rectangular base high atop steep stone stairs is a seated female figure of an elderly woman with her hands resting in her lap. She wears a long dress, a shawl, and a small cap. The sculpture is a memorial to mothers everywhere and is copy of James Whistler's famous painting of his mother entitled "Arrangement in Grey and Black" located in the Louvre.
