Livingston signed Description:  Three separate elements representing mountains, clouds, wind, and water. From the front steps approaching the piece, the element on the left is a pole with flat decorative legs fanning out at the bottom and with a protruding element depicting water. The center element is the same type of construction with different leg elements and a cloud-shaped screen at the top. The third piece is similar, with a circular shape at the top depicting mountains.
