    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for their new headquarters. It was budgeted through a percent-for-art program. IAS files contain copy of architectural plan for the rooftop designs, which were created to solve a visibility problem for the offices in the main tower.
