Description:
Full-length female figure in bronze set on a concrete base in the middle of a fountain basin. The figure holds a flagpole and billowing flag in her proper left hand. The base of the pole rests on the ground. Her proper right arm is raised holding an oil lamp. She wears a flowing gown and Roman-style sandals. Her hair is pulled back in a bun. She stands on an octagonal base. There are two small animal heads on opposite sides of the base. The base stands in the center of a 16-sided concrete fountain basin.
