    Description: 
    A bronze plaque, mounted on a boulder depicts relief figure of a standing soldier and a battleship behind him. He wears a hat, shirt with sleeves rolled above the elbow and open at the neck with a large collar, trousers and boots into which the trouser legs are tucked. Proper right arm cradles a rifle and proper left hand rests on his proper left thigh. He wears an ammunition belt around his waist and letter S is visible on his belt buckle.
