    Description: 
    Bronze sculpture of three figures on a granite base, adjacent to granite stele inscribed with names of police officers killed in the line of duty. A uniformed female police officer stands with proper left hand on radio at waist. A uniformed male police officer on the female's proper left side kneels behind a seated girl. He holds the girl's proper right hand in his proper right hand, while his proper left hand is on her back.
